Full cockpit trainers
Arenalogic proudly announce that the company’s next generation of full cockpit trainers has successfully passed the prototype stage. The system which can be configured to any version of the F-16, is driven by the proven Arenalogic Air Combat Trainer (ACT) software framework, currently used by Air forces and industry in pilot training, test and integration roles.
The capabilities of the system in the full cockpit configuration shown in the picture below, range from training basic pilot skills, to training pilots as participants in fully networked scenarios where pilots work with external players such as fighter controllers and forward air controllers. Pilots cooperate and complete advanced Air-to-Air and Air-to-Ground missions using aircraft systems, sensors and weapons in a highly realistic synthetic war environment.

Arenalogic's Next generation full cockpit trainer.
“We made it our mission to provide highly effective, deployable training systems, which deliver 80% of the training value, at a fraction of the cost of full blown pilot training systems” says CEO Tomas Eilsø.
The unique feature about this product is that in contrast to other systems on the market we have been able to reduce cost to a fraction by applying our principles of focused fidelity. “That’s our expertise - understanding what’s important to the pilot and combine it with the latest technologies to develop the solution.” Tomas Eilsø adds.
The low cost of the system combined with the high fidelity in the tactical arena makes the product ideal for mission training centers consisting of multiple networked simulators, or to offload and supplement full mission simulators.
The system support Arenalogic head tracker system which provide the pilot with a high resolution 360 degree in-sim field of view, and expand the training capabilities to include helmet mounted sight and tactics requirering the pilot to be able to look in all directions.

Arenalogic's and IFAD's successful demonstration of the integrated Air combat simulation and Forward air controller solution, attracted visitors from both the defense and industry at ITEC 2009 Defense simulation and Training exhibition
During the event realistic Close Air Support missions were conducted using the integrated solution. Comments from combat experienced JTACs and pilots conducting talk-on's using the systems were:
"This is exactly as we do it in the real life",
"Excellent training with a real pilot in the loop",
"I could feel the adrenaline like under a real mission".
The demonstration setup included two F 16 pilots (in ACT simulators with targeting pods) and two FACs (in IFACTS simulators) operating in a CGF generated and controlled scenario with several aircraft, UAV, trucks, pick-up's, people including both hostile and civilians.
